Land Clearing and Tree Removal in Snohomish Washington
Snohomish Excavation Project
When we started this excavation project in Snohomish, we initially were working on clearing out many of the smaller trees, weeds and brush that had overtaken the backyard. Our Kobelco excavator made short work of the cottonwoods, alders and some smaller cedar and pine trees that were making the full yard unusable. Upon exposing more of the land it enabled us to see that there were many water drainage issues that needed to be resolved.
Installing many drainage pipes and french drains drastically reduced the overall water problem but we also needed to adjust the slope and grade of the land. Using a medium sized excavator aided us to re-slope and reshape the poorly sloping areas. This in turn solved all of the standing water issues. With the drainage issues resolved, the trees cleared out, and new lawn installed, our excavating team was very successful in making the backyard look like a beautiful paradise that can now be fully enjoyed with zero water issues.
In addition to clearing and fixing the drain issues, removing all the old dead trees and shrubs, and grading the ground to provide a flat area of yard space, we also excavated and prepared a large area for a new stamped concrete driveway and sidewalk. It all turned out beautiful and the owners love the space their new backyard provides.
